Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to make your reservation. This deposit is included in your total cost. Your reservation will be held for two weeks. If we do not receive your deposit by then the date may be reserved by another group.
Payment
Your full balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. If you are making your reservation within 30 days of your stay the full payment is due to make the reservation. If we do not receive your complete payment within that time, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
We accept personal checks and money orders at this time. A $30 fee will be added to any returned checks. Make your checks out and send payment to:

Group Organizer Discount
Any event organizer who books the whole retreat (15 people + the organizer) for a minimum of two nights will get $75 off their stay. This cannot be combined with other discounts.
Rebooking Discount
If you reserve the same dates for the following year within 30 days of your stay you will get to choose either Thursday or Sunday night to add on for no charge.
Check In/Check Out
Check in time on Friday is 3:00 pm and check out time on Sunday is no later than 3:00 pm for weekend stays. If different times are needed please let us know, we will do what we can to accommodate your group. If renting for the week, check time in will be 3:00 on Friday and check out time is by 11:00 am on the following Friday. Daily rentals have a check in time of 10:00 am and check out by 10:00am.
Cancellations
Occasionally unforeseen events may prevent your group from coming on the reserved date. Prior to 60 days before your arrival you may change your date and number of people in your group to another open date. After 60 days you will forfeit your deposit unless a replacement group is found. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival will forfeit the full payment including deposit. If a replacement group can be found you will only forfeit the deposit.
